Sup....here is the problem....when i drive at night i try to turn my dash lights on and nothing happens....i just think that it might be a fuse, but dont know for sure....i think it is probably a 7.5 for the dash lights, but dont know the number.

I assume you've tried the fuses. I think there is a different fuse for each.
Also a diff flasher for turn signals.
If both lights are off and all fuses checked then it might be a bad ground connection on the turn signal and bulb circuit.

If fuel is leaking out, I am not sure what happened but it may be you did not place the injector correctly. As far as the problem with losing power or even shutting down, need to check the distributor. Civics are notorious for distributor problems.
