Replace neither the antenna or the radio, its one of them for sure!

Many radios today have a security system that renders the radio inoperable should they be stolen or removed from the vehicle. If this radio is from a different vehicle, it may have a security code that needs to be reset.

Satelite radio

Water in the roof mounted satellite antenna or it was damageg by the car wash. Automated car washes are bad news, try to avoid them.

The trim that is around the cluster and radio is held in by clips. When you remove this will give you acess to the radio bolts

ur ICs need to be changed. Take it to an electrical technician and he will change it.

Radio Removal

You need to subscribe to Sirius Satellite Radio. Call them at 1-888 539-7474 and they can walk you through the procedure. Once you start listening to satellite, you will never want to listen to AM/FM again.

Take it back to the dealer and mean business. It is a new vehicle, they have to fix it under warranty.
