You need to trace the power source, and not only the relay. Check the voltage of cable/contact points of relay while your turn on ignition. If you don't have a voltage tester, you can use the bulb to verify the presence of power.

2003 kia sorento, fuel pump went out replaced it,and now no power to it,can bypass the fuel relay and it will run,oh and the fuel cut off switch has no power going to it red and yellow, dont no what to

Sounds like you shorted and burnt your relay when replacing the fuel pump.
Double check the wiring of your pump to make sure you got nothing backward, and replace the relay, also double and triple check all your fuel related fuses.

Have you tested the pump relay to see if it is sending power to the fuel pump ?

Truck wont start

If you have no fuel pressure at the engine when key is on, the pump is not coming on. Check fuel pump fuse, check fuel pump relay (relay should click when key turned to on-put finger lightly on it and feel for click when someone turns key to on). If no click, signal from computer may be lost, ground for relay may be lost, or relay may be bad. If it clicks, wiring from relay to pump may have failed, or the relay's main power source may not be there at relay-find the fuse link or maxi-fuse that powers that relay. One terminal at relay should be hot at all times-can check for that with a test light.
If pump is working and you do have fuel pressure, you will need to check injector circuit. Post back if questions, or need further help.

1990 ford festiva no power to fuel pump. replaced relays , fuel pump, checked safety shutoff. nothing .. ran hot wire to fuel pump and pump worked but car still not trying to start. got spark. now what

The pump should have a fuse in the fuse block. You need to check for power in the fuse block and you need to check power to the pump relay.

Sometimes there is a fusible link to the Relay. If you check the connector terminals for power where the Relay plugs in, you can determine if the fusible link has blown. You could have already replaced the bad parts and now need to restore power to the Relay.

1997 dodge ram won't start. My fuel pump does not run and coil won't spark. Iv'e checked fuses and relays and they look fine. Could a bad fuel pump cause the asd to kill power to the coil?

First check any ignition/fuel related fuses. Check to make sure you have 12 volts coming into the pump and coil. If nothing to the fuel pump replace the fuel pump relay - if you do have power to the fuel pump then replace the pump. If nothing is coming to the coil it is either an ignition relay or a wiring issue. If you have 12 volts to the coil but no spark then replace the coil.
Also the fuel pump/relay would not kill the coil.

have you checked all fuses under the hood? have you checked the fuel pump relay? you may be able to swap the fuel pump relay with amother relay in the fuse box.are you getting power into and out of the reset switch? from there it goes to the fuel pump. if power is getting to the fuel pump and it has a good ground, the the pump is bad.

did you reset full cutoff switch? this will be located in the rear of the vehicle in the wheel well behind the fabric. in some cases they are located underneath the drivers seat.
