Have you checked the brakes to see if the pads are worn out?

I have a 2000 ford expedition, when i drive it, it makes a grinding sound and bad vibration from front passenger side. It almost seems as if it is not completely out of 4wd.

Most likely you have a bad wheel bearing on the right front tire but at the same time you could have a stuck brake caliper on the front right as well you can tell if it's a bad brake caliper if the vehicle well rolling at about 5 miles an hour and shift it into neutral bad bearing if when you shift the vehicle turning the wheel hard to the right it kind of grinds you could also jack up the front right tire and turn the wheel rotating it to see if it is stiff

My 2002 Ford Windstar had tires replaced in August. When we got it back there was a wearing/grinding sound coming from the passenger front tire. We dismissed this as a new tire sound since we have not had...

if they are a real tire place they should know if you need brakes . the windstar are known for bad wheel bearing, and here again if they are a true shop they can tell if the whell bearing is bad . by shaking the tire up and down, it will give the same play as a bad ball joint

I had a constant grinding coming from front passenger tire. Replaced Caliper and put the worn pads back on for a day, the constant grinding went away. It would still grind while braking, hitting a bump

It sounds like the brake pads are metal to metal, when you turn the flexing of the wheel makes them touch the rotor and grind. This can rarely be caused by a badly worn wheel bearing as well, have both brakes and wheel bearing inspected.

Draging noise on front passenger side at 30-35mph. Tire on front passenger side bounces sometimes. Exhust sounds like it has a whole in it

Well with the info you posted you could have the wheel bearing going out on that hub. You could also have some very worn brake pads. I suggest you have it inspected, in person, by a licensed tech. Grinding wheels are never good. Good luck.

Grinding sound while wheels are turning no warning light for brakesrear tire passenger side

Hi

Could be a heat sheild on the back of the front brake dics, they often orrode and bend inwards contacting the brake disc, they rot quite bad and often need to be removed, only thin metal tricky to see so you will have to look under the front wheels around the back of the wheel, on the back of the brake disc. They only make a noise when turning as the suspension leg turns unto it.

Hope this helps
