Question about 1993 Buick LeSabre
My LeSabre has developed a new trick. It seems to slip out of gear when it's driven 50-100 yards. It's like someone has shifted it into neutral, even though it's clearly engaged in drive. Then you turn it off for a short time, start again, and you can drive it another 100 yards or so. It's like it's out of transmission fluid, but there's plenty on the dipstick.
Try changing the fluid checking all wiring are you getting any jerking or poping noises? batt levels ok? things of that nature also try reseting the computer, (un hook batt. for a few mins) take it down and see if there are any error codes
