SOURCE: find the pcv valve on a dodge neon 1996

When facing the engine compartment, the pcv valve will be located on the right end of the valve cover. It threads into the cover and will have a rubber hose attached also.

Any further problems, give me a shout.

SOURCE: PCV Valve

PCV.....stands for Positive Crankcase Ventilation it will be located on the top of you valve cover either right or left.....to recognize it there will be a hose connected to the top of the PCV. If you want to check to see if you need to replace it pull the hose off pull the PCV out of the valve cover shake it it should rattle if it doesnt that means the valve is stuck either shut or open you can either clean the valve with solvent or you can replace it I suggest replace they are not expensive

Where is the fuse in a 2007 Dodge Nitro that powers the fog lights?

Dodge does not use a fuse to control those lamps. Dodge uses a Totally Integrated Power Module or TIPM which controls the power to the lamps. This thing is located in the Engine Compartment in that big Fuse Box next to the engine. The unit is not a fuse but rather a self contained processor that regulates power to the Fog Lamps. This unit is replace as an assembly as it is not user serviceable. But before replacing it make sure the lamps actually work as simple as that is it is often overlooked. One more thing Dodge has employed the use of Circuit Breakers in the Wiring Harness so make sure they are working as well.

Nirto is using a bunch of oil, no apparent leaks and not smoking. No sighns of it in antifreeze. Where could it be leaking?

because its not smoking doesnt mean its not burning it,check the pcv valve to make sure its working good, this came make the engine use engine oil if its plugged or not connected good, start there and maybe even replace the valve and then check the oil useage after that, also put truck in the air and make sure there are no leaks, sometimes the leak may be small enough that it doesnt hit the ground and may burn off motor, hope this helps.l
