Will the electronic ignition make a car stall out

No, was this added to the car after market? If yes then, it could be related but typically, either it works or it does not, and not too many in-between. However: sometimes you get an electronic ignition with a bad or faulty spark coil that goes out after it is warmed up.
This is a hard call but do this, make a good visual inspection of all the power going to the ignition. Once you have done this, do not rule out starving fuel issues.

Check the spark on each plug wire with a calibrated spark tester. One can be bought at most parts stores. If two plug wires that are next to each other are bad then replace coil pack. There may also be a bad ignition module. Also check the crankshaft position sensor.
