Trouble with my 2006 chevy silverado 3500 duramax diesel

I have had this truck to the dealer and a fuel screen was changed and the egr valve has been replaced. When it is hooked up to a camper it acts like it doesnt want to go. The engine light comes on and the code is for low fuel rail pressure. I was also told there was no lift pump. Do these trucks come with a stock fuel lift pump or not? And would one help my problem? Any help will be grateful. Thank you

fuel filter had rust found, only after low fuel rail code. dealer reset and didn't help. Fuel filter rusted out according to dealer? He advised water in fuel but unable to prove without water. Fuel pump metal nipple rusted and contaminated the system. Water in fuel system didn't work and now trying to get GM to pay.$4339.00. Has anybody had this problem.

2002 chevy 3500 duramax 6.6 ran hot now cranks but won't start

Check spark plugs, leads, distributor cap & rotor arm, fuel pump, fuel filter, coil pack(s), relays, replace any items that are suspect IE Fuel filter which has probably not been changed since new even though they should be changed on all vehicles every 18 months, all of this can be done at home & will save you a lot of bucks in mechanic/garage fees,
