Re: fuel injector fuse continues to blow
This usually occurs when you have too much current going to the pump or if theres a short you will need to trace and check all wiring a recent case same problem it turned out to be water in the fuse box under the hood

There is a tester called a Noide light. This plugs into each injector wiring socket to see if the injector is getting a pulse. You can accomplish this same thing with a Voltmeter. Sometimes the auto parts store have loaners in Noide light kits.
But this will only show you if power is going to the injector. You need to do an Ohmmeter for continuity on each injector. This will give you a fair idea if they are passing fuel.
You will be able to tell if injectors are getting their pulse using the noide light.
I would want to know what the actual fuel pressure is at the injector rail. Its very unlikely you have more than one failed injector, and it will run on the other 3.
The fuel in the filter means that the pump is putting out at least a couple of pounds of pressure, but may not be enough to run the car.
Is the check engine light on ? Will it start if you use starting fluid to boost fuel supply ?
if the injector fuse is blown then the car won`t start as its not getting fuel into the motor to fire.if the fuse keeps blowing then you could have an injector/s that is drawing too much or the injector driver in the ecm may not be any good and needs replacing or a used ecm.it could be a short some where in the wiring for the injector system that is going to ground.
