Thanks.. I found the blower itself was bad. The connector prongs in the blower were loose. As they cannot be replaced so you have to get another blower.

Heater/ac switch won't turn on fan? Checked

Always start at both ends of the problem...check for blown fuses, then hot wire the blower motor. If both check out as good, move to the next items...switch on dash and resistor, then relay. Very likely one of those items have failed.

Fan relay switch stuck open

if the relay was stuck "open" then your fan would not run... is this what you meant?

additionally, are you talking about the exterior fan for the A/C and radiator or the interior fan for the blower motor?

Run a wire to the blower motor to see if it will run,if the fuse is not blown. If the fan runs, check the fan relay,if it is good, replace the fan switch.

did you check to see if the a/c belt is still on the a/c puller ? if so then try a flush of all hoses.

1998 durango blower not working blower not working for air or heater

Check the blower motor fuse to see if it is blown, and look for a blower motor relay, and check it to see if it is good. Then if you must, run a hot wire from a 12 volt power source to see if the blower will run,if not .or if it runs slow ,replace it.If the fan runs good, look at the blower control switch to be bad, replace it.

Blower fan just stopped on my 1998 jeep cherokee

Fan relay is a good one for that and where I would start. Usually the cheapest to. But the next thing could be the fan switch.
