2004 Dodge Caravan electrical problem with the wipers, radio and internal blower

During the rainy weather wipers, radio and internal blower work intermitant. It looks like one of the electrical component is sensitive to outside moisture. Can someone help me to point what it may be?

It could be either the forward control modual or the fuse box under the hood.

I'm having a similar issue with my sons 2000 Monte Carlo. I'm about to change the ignition switch. Changed resistor first, tested fan(even though I replaced it 1 1/2 yrs ago), AND changed the whole climate control unit.

If you have power windows did they stop working also?
Issue may be a worn ignition switch internal contact. Try moving the key just a little from the run position and see if power is restored.

look at connection to your starter. sometimes the positive cable works loose due to driving conditions. I had same problem with a Suzuki it only did it in cold weather but I ended up replacing the starter.

Sounds to me like the "parking" contacts inside the wiper motor have broken off / worn.
Needs to remove wiper moter / dismantle to inspect. (On some models you can purchase these contacts.)
