All of the windows are probably on the same fuse so if it fails, they are all dead.
There may be other items also not working that you had not discovered yet too.
The owner's manual should tell you where the majority of the fuses are located.
If you no longer have it, then I would recommend you purchase a repair manual from an auto parts store for $14-20 US.
It will contain far more useful info than the original and better ones have troubleshooting 'trees' that can aid in diagnosing problems even if you take it to professionals for the repair.
Having that info in advance can help prevent getting ripped off by disreputable mechanics too.

I have no power to the windows on a Ford Focus. There is no click from the relay or power at the door switches. All fuses are OK

I don't know this model, we have a Ford Fairlane..
We had to go to the auto-electrician who installed a new motor for EACH window. Not cheap.

2005 ford focus lighter fuse not working. Where is fuse located ?

The fuse for the lighter/power point is located in the fuse box inside the vehicle in the number 47 position and should be a 20 amp fuse (see diagram of layout below) This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries no cost. I hope this helps and good luck.

Where is the fuse for a 2003 Ford Focus Power Windows located?

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the windows fuse it should be around 30 amps.
