Where can I find the power steering resevior

there is a good reason why you can not find the power steering reservoir. It does not have one.

You vehicle has electronic power steering. There is no hydraulic pump, hoses, or reservoir. The steering column has an electric motor and a control unit mounted to it under the dash.

I can't figure out where to put power steering fluid in my 2004 chevrolet malibu

the 2004 malibu does not have a place to put transmission fluid it has a electric power steering system and does not use fluid, if you are having a problem with the power steering light chimming and lighting up this is under a recall that chevy has obligated to fix. So if your car is doing this take it to your local chevy dealership and have them to repair it for you. Hope this helps.

Power sttering loss

its possible this is electric, if you have an owners manual that will tell you, or call your local chevy dealership parts department, give them the vehicle identification number and they can answer it.
if its electric, most likely the fuse blew.

What does it usually mean when you get the power steering warning

it means there is a steering problem. I think the steering on these is ELECTRIC so I would have the dealer look it over.
