I'lll roll with KJ jeep.
ah, you lost the operators guide, and need dash cluster warnings.
not only does the book show them but explains easy.
here is the free manual, jeep has it too, for 10years, free.

http://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/jeep/jeep-liberty-owners-manuals/

this is a USA manual so some lights will vary
if not good enough
drive to jeep and buy your lost manual. now. in your country.
btw, your manual, matches your options, engine, trans 4wd, etc.

2004 liberty power seat don't work can't find any fuse in owner's manual that's label any way related to the power seats

The seats are not fused they are on a circuit breaker. In the dash fuse block located on the end of the dash on the drivers side you should be able to see 2 metalic looking "fuses". Those are the circuit breakers. Circuit breaker 1 is for the power seat. You can try swapping them and see if the seat works. If it still doesn't work than you will need to check for power and ground at the seat.

You should be able to find a connector under the seat that has a red with light blue wire and a black with white wire. The red with light blue should have power all the time. The black with white is the ground.

Let me know what you find or if you have additional questions.

Fuse box not marked in my 2004 jeep liberty, having light problem and have replaced bulbs

It takes about ten minutes to check all the fuses. Use a test light and probe the cavities on the ends of the fuses (don't even need to remove them) With the key and light switch turned on, all fuses should have power at both ends. Replace any that don't. Check all fuses under dash and in power distribution center under hood...also check any lighting relays in dist center. Likely you will find something if you do this, if not, check grounds and any lighting modules involved.

2004 Jeep Liberty - Turning signals stopped working completely

Control arm box? Are you referring to the multi-function switch or the directional module under the dash on right side of the steering column. Don't assume just because a component was recently replaced, that it is good test it...quality control is terrible and I've seen many "new" parts not work right out of the box! Also make sure that your dash ground is good.

It will show middle of cluster and even show all 4 tires in proper position on vehicle . Now when one tire is low below 30 psi it will light the tire in the position on vehicle located for you the tire with issue...

Why is my 2004 Jeep liberty sport Brake lights not working. I have replaced the bulbs and fuses, what else can i do?

The brake light switch is probably bad. It's usually located up under the dash and is connected to the brake pedal shaft. It could even be unplugged.

2004 Jeep Liberty Heating system not working

Chances are that either your blower relay is bad or the instrument cluster on the dash is bad. Relay can be found by going to autozone and asking where it is and how much it costs. But chances are that it is located in the engine compartment back by the dash(firewall)
