Where is the starter located on 2006 mitsubishi lancer ralliart?

The starter is located on the joint of the engine and the transmission and is bolted onto the belhousing/torque converter housing, about midway in the engine compartment. There is quite a lot of panel and cover material you will have to remove to gain access to it. This is more or less what you are looking for:-

O6 mitsubishi lancer ralliart okay when i put the car in gear in each gear a strange clicking/winding sound is happening also i just hadd the clutch replaced this noise has gotten louder and much more...

Sounds like a gearbox problem. The clicking could be caused by a chipped or broken tooth on the input shaft, or cluster gear. The whining sound by failed bearings in the gearbox. Remove the drain plug, and drain the oil into a pan. Check the oil for sign of metal contamination. look for shing metal fragtments. If there are shiny metal fragments, have the gearbox checked by a mechanic it may have to be removed and re-built. I would not advise you to drive the car anymore until this problem is fixed to prevent further damage.

Does a 2003-2007 evo hood fit a 2006 lancer ralliart?

i dont think so. most evo have different headlight shape than the ralliart, but my advice will be go to cardomain.com and look at evos or something or sign up and ask around. some very nice ppl on there for helpful info.
