Hi JC , what problem are you having ? The starter doesn't turn over ? There is no starter relay on your vehicle ! Do you have a automatic transmission ? Do you know what an where the "S" terminal is on the starter solenoid ? An the transmission range switch ? When you turn the key to the crank position power goes through the transmission range switch down to the S terminal on the starter solenoid . The range switch won't let the vehicle start if not in park or neutral , these switches have been known to go bad ! Check fuse #6 in the under hood fuse / relay box ! this a 40amp maxi fuse for the ignition switch ! Hope this helps you !
Are you not getting voltage to the battery post on the solenoid, or the terminal for the wire from the key switch ? You have a neutral safety switch between the starter and the key switch if that is the circuit in question. Also take a look at the ground cable and connections.
remove negative on battery terminal, there are two bolts that hold it in between transmission and engine (17mm), loosen it. pull it out and remove all wirings by unscrewing (10mm) just remember which goes which. then reverse procedure :)
ur car starter is attached to ur engine bell housing/ check the size of the starter bolt/ remove battery terminal/ remove electrical wiring connection both positive and negative and body ground from ur starter/ loosen bolt with a wrench/ pull out old starter/ install new starter and wiring connections but make sure to install the wiring correctly to the right terminals otherwise u will fry the starter when u start the car and lastly install battery terminal....

Raise the vehicle on a hoist. Refer to Section 00-02 .
CAUTION: When disconnecting hardshell connector of the engine control sensor wiring (12A581) at S-terminal, grasp the plastic shell and pull off. Do not pull on wire. Be careful to pull straight off to prevent damage to the connector and S-terminal. If any part of the connection is damaged, replace the damaged components.
Disconnect engine control sensor wiring and starter battery cable from starter solenoid.
Very difficult, apparently 4wd makes it even harder you need to drop part to the front suspension to get it out
i attempted to do it myself but couldn't and just ended up having it towed in for servicing, im not sure how savvy you are but its a pretty big job (took 3 hours for the shop to do)
so i would probably suggest just taking it in, also Nissan rebuilt starters are known to have problems
