Question about 2005 Nissan Sentra
I need to change drive belt for my nissan sentra ser spec v how do i get to the tensioner to change it
That works but what i did was i took the top bolt off the alternater and loosened the bottom bolt. This will loosen the alternater so u can pivot it down a little bit. take your passenger front tire off along with the big black undercarraige cover. you should be able to get underneath the car and pull the belt off. To put on is a little harder. make sure belt is same size if not a little bit bigger. but get underneath and pull REAL HARD and on of the tensioner pullys should let loose a little and wrap it around bottom pully

Free the engine from the compressor and then remove the plug then first insert the drive belt on the smaller pulley side and after that try inserting the belt on the larger pulley side slowly by rotating the pulley slowly by stretching the belt with a rope
