My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan won't take fuel. It spits it back out or will only take a few cents at a time. It makes a soft hissing sound from the fuel tank. It does a little better if I try to pump fuel when it is cool out.
Have a look at link about testing fuel system below

For some reason, your fuel tank seems to be heating up or there is pressure within the tank. Thats why the fuel spits back..the vapours inside cause the filling mechanism to reject the filling apparatus.
It could also be a block in the fuel lines, or some other reason. Its too hard to say without a manual inspection.
My best advice would be to take it to your mechanic and have him take a look at it to diagnose the exact problem.
Should you find this advice satisfactory, kindly take a moment to "Accept" this solution. Thanks in advance and best of luck!
