Question about 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue
This is a common problem on late 90s GMs. what you need is a new regulator. buy one on ebay and pay a glass shop to install it. Ten years is about all you can expect out of the motor so just go ahead and do the whole thing. labor to swap the regulator is much cheaper than to try and fix the regulator.
