There is a fan inside the car on the bottom of the heater box, above the passenger's feet. and there is another fan under the hood, next to the radiator. they are both common electrical devices which can be bought on ebay or any local auto parts store.

Hi i have isuzu npr 2010 and have overheat problem if motor work slow not have problem but during the presser working have overheat problem if stop and motor work slow become normal

If I'm understanding u right, u overheat when the AC is not on?! If so, it sounds like the electrical fan for the AC is working & the electric, radiator cooling fan is not operating. This may be caused by a bad fan switch, coolant sensor fan relay, electrical short to the fan or it may be a simple fuse. Good Luck

Cant find the wire to wire up the electric fan

heater fan,
RAD fan?
what?
the tracker has mech. only rad fan.
you can fix that. easy
or buy a new electric fan (expensive) and a more expensive thermoswitch that must connect to a rad hoses, not so easy to do. (ask)
the latter is all custom work, you up for that?

Cooling fan don't work even if the temperature raise, what should I check?

First if it is electric fan or Viscous Fan. If the electric, check if fuses are ok, connections fine, and if the motor works. If it is the Viscous Fan, there is not much you can do unless you want it to work permanently. Normally the fan will be moving slowly once the engine starts, than when the inner thermostat gets its temperature it kicks in a fan clutch and than the rotor starts spinning as fast as the engine, it is less effective than electric fans as it will only give you the rpm speed of the engine from 1000rpm to 5000rpm where the electric motors give up to 8000rpm.On the Viscous Fan check if it kicks in if not replace it or get someone who knows what he is doing to permanently lock it so it will turn even when engine is cold. Not recommended in normal climate.
