Where is the relay switch on a 2003 ford focus for the headlights

Check the owner's manual for all fuse and relay locations, but there is no such relay for the headlights, the dimmer switch is likely the problem. Have it diagnosed electrically.

Not getting power from fuse box for headlights everything else is working on 68 Eldorado just don't have high/low beam

If you have auto-dim option, lots of possible issues. If not, isn't dim switch located on the floor? Bad switch or headlamp relay can cause this. Use voltmeter to check for power at fuse, switch and relay.

Pull the headlight switch and check for a burned connector, this will cause a poor connection and in turn dim headlights or no lights.
