Question about 1997 Honda Accord
The code means that the computer doesnt (see) the heater cicurit in the primary ( the one in the exhaust manifold ) Oxagen senser. The senser is likly bad bu the connector or the power fuse can also be the problem. Oxagen senser cables get against the exhaust or pinced behind the altenator. The sensr can be tested by just unplugging the connector and testing to see if the two white ( or black ) wires have connectiontoeach other. With the key on the wire harnesssideof the connecter should show battery voltage ( light a test light). If the OHM meter doesn't show a connection You'll have to change the senser.
