I think you should check the air manifold on the control panel and try to find any broken or loose hose.
In addition, check the heat/cold dial knob, under the dash, there is a panel selector for hot air or cold air.
Also check for any broken vacuum hose under the hood.

2009 chevy AVEO 5 ac blows hot air

The guage needs to read between 35/40 psi.. If its much higher you may be overfull, this causes it to not cool.. Fix by letting some freon out, then top it back to needed pressure.. If pressure is correct, it would be a clog in the system.. Usually an orafice tube or accumulator..good luck!

Ac not blowing cold air

no year or brand car stated, you make it 100 times harder..
at all times?
there are 2 easy and cheap tests.
1: is the compressor clutch engaged?
the pulley spins all the time but is the main shaft spinning, (center)
2: is the pressure at the test port about 40 psi, buy a refill kit
with gage for near nothing and look if 0 PSI or very low the AC logic brain shuts the compressor down so it DONT EXPLODE.
we can find it but you must to the tests.

Average gauge readings for R134 with air temp at 80 degrees and engine idle are 35-45 psi and 200-250 psi.

My ac blows warm air

You need to hook up a set of AC pressure gauges to the low side charging port and read the system pressures with the AC compressor turned on and running, it should be around 28-32 PSI. If the compressor press is correct you have some other problem like a broken air temperature control blend door inside the dash air ducting.

My 1995 gran marquis is blowing hot hot air when i turn on ac can you tell me why?

Your going to have to check that the compressor is turning the clutch (center of the pulley) get a set of A/C gauges and check for any freon in the system (static test) high pressure side should read above 200 psi, remove the low pressure cut out switch electrical connector and place a jumper wire between the two wires, this should activate the compressor, the gauges will now tell you how much freon is in the system, the high side needs to read 150 PSI to activate the cooling fans, place a temp gauge in the cener inside vent, place the fan on low, temp coming out of the vent should read around 45-50 at idle, now if you have to add freon that means you have a leak, put dye in the system, and check for leaks.

2000 isuzu rodeo, ac blows outside air temp, i tried to recharge. when i connected unit the gauge read 70 psi. i let out psi to 50. put the charge in and it took 90% of can and read 55 psi. it still blows...

COULD BE A FEW DIFFERENT THINGS. HAVE YOU TRIED TO SWAP THE A/C RELAY FOR ANOTHER? IT COULD BE A BAD ACCUMULATOR SWITCH OR A CLOGGED ORIFICE TUBE, OR A DEFECTIVE LOW PRESSURE CUT-OFF SWITCH. TOO MANY TO LIST. TRY THE RELAY AND LET ME KNOW. HOPE THIS HELPS. BEST OF LUCK. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA AND HONEST RATING IN ADVANCE.
