Hey Jeff. I can't fix it but a Chev/GM dealer can. One lost the codes to my radio and they said they found them. Had a devil of a time to find them. They should have called me as the numbers where written in the owner's manual by a previous owner. I be the numbers are out there on the web someplace. Might need the VIN to find them Randy
under the dash there is a relay for the wipers, you pull of the plastic cover under the steering wheel and you will see them right next to the fuse box, i believe it is the black relay. when you call for a new one make sure you have the month/year car was made and the 8th digit of the VIN
State side it would be a 2.0 ltr. Best thing to do is take down the VIN number and call the dealer. They can look it up and tell you what the manufacturer installed. If you need a service manual, let know.
Part of your problem may be that there is no such thing as a 2003 Daewoo. Daewoo went out of business (at least in the U.S.) shortly after the 2002 model year. There is very little repair information available for these and even fewer parts. All I can do is wish you luck!
Don't really know since Daewoo went out of business if it didn't you can go to one of their dealership, but since they went out of business years ago... you need to see if they still have a customer support and call them up and give them the radio S/N and Vin and they may be able to give you a radio code. Most of the time it's free of charge.
