Should be a small connection with a plastic screw on cover. There should be a high pressure and a low pressure connection. Make sure you use the low pressure one. You can follow the line from the compressor towards the firewall and should see the connection.

I have a 1993 acurA legend two door, what do tcs mean on my dash board

TCS (traction control system, I think) is part of the ABS (anti-lock brake system). This system self diagnoses and stores codes in its control module. You need to get the code read and diagnosed by a competent shop, that may need to be an Acura dealer. This is important, I have seen some failures cause braking issues.

I have a 93 legend i believe the freeze plug is leaking but, where is the freeze plug???

The way that you find leaks is to pressure test the cooling system, to about 12 - 15 psi. Then take a light and a mirror and start looking. If you do determine that freeze plugs are leaking, change them all. Not necessarily easy, as access is a big issue.

looked it up online, looks like its in the underhood fuse box but couldn't get a good diagram that shows which relay number it is. the website i use is sort of dependent on the manufacturer, apparently acura did not feel like sharing that info. hope that helps

I will require more information on this issue. Like how do you mean it won't move. In forward as well as reverse, does it try to move, etc.

Take it into a professional if you want anti-lock to work again, otherwise, the brakes will perform like standard brakes.
