I would think the sensor in the washer fluid bottle is bad.

Its either alerting you that your low on engine coolant, OR
Windshield washer fluid is low. If the light is flashing over bumps or when you turn, its probably the washer fluid. I recommend you check all fluid levels.

Adding windshield washer fluid to Buick Lacrosse 2005

When the windshield washer fluid is low, a low washer fluid light may appear on the instrument panel cluster. In addition, if your vehicle is equipped with a Driver Information Center (DIC), the LOW WASHER FLUID message will appear when the fluid level is low. When you need windshield washer fluid, be sure to read the manufactures instructions before use. If you will be operating your vehicle in an area where the temperature may fall bellow freezing, use a fluid that has sufficient protection against freezing.

Why does the brake light keep coming on when hit a bump

your brake light is probably coming on because the fluid is to low in the resevoir. ther is a sensor in the brake fluid resevoir that is on a float. if the fluid gets to low the sensor tells thebrake light to come on . so if the fluid is just high enough to keep the light off, everytime you hit a bump the fluid sloshes around causing the float to drop and the sensor to turn the brake light on. also when your brake fluid level is low it tells you that you will either need new brakes soon or you might have a leak.

99 Alero TRACK OFF light

I had a GrandAm that used to do the exact same thing. I checked the ABS sensors and the wires from them and I had a couple with bad sensors and one with corroded wires and connector plug. That is the most likely cause of your "track off" light problems.

1987 Lincoln Mark 7 electrical problem

you need to RE-Ground the Dashboard. Find a Nice Think piece of steel to mount a 12 gauge wire and find a spot "Maybe the Bolts to the Steering Column" or another Good Body ground..

Everytime you hit bumps OR shake the dash you are losing the Ground to your dash, Ford Loves to Ground to Dash and then use a Cheap ground.
