You may need to change the fuel filter...
it could be that the fuel is not getting though!
good luck!

I have a 2004 geand am. the motor turns over but wont start. I changed the fuel pump, the ignition is good, fuses are all good but it will not start

Check for spark (pull a spark plug and arc it to a grounded surface) and check for fuel to the engine (can be done through the spark plug hole opened by removing the spark plug)

2004 grand am stuttered then stopped working all together, wont start at all

Fuel pump? When you turn key to ON, do you hear the pump come on for 2 seconds to pressurize the lines? If not, you will need to have the fuel pump circuit checked for a failed fuel pump.

If the pump is working, start looking into the ignition system by checking for spark on one of the spark plug wires. If no spark, possibly the ignition control module or the crank position sensor.

1997 pontiac grand am 4 cyl. had spark plugs changed in feb. has had trouble starting in past, now it wont start. it turns over and fuel is getting to it but just wont start...plz help

The ignition control module needs to be replaced. It is located on the cover you remove to replace the spark plugs. You can have it tested before you buy a new one to be sure it's bad.

2004 pontiac grand am misfire

Check the plug wires for those 2 cylinders, next check the injectors, as they can cause misfire when defective.

Car will not start

Try pulling a spark plug out and leave on the wire while someone else starts the car so you can see if spark is getting to the plug. If not getting spark,it could be rotor or rotor cap. If getting spark, it probably is bad gas or the carbeurator (spelling?)
