SOURCE: license's plate light stopped working even with new bulb.

It wouldn't be a fuse if that's the only light that's not working, I believe all of the parking lights are on the same fuse. It's most likely a bad ground or corrosion inside the socket where the bulb makes the electrical connection. So check the socket to make sure it has no corrosion, if it does, clean it up and apply some dielectric grease (available at any parts store) to prevent future corrosion, and check for a loose or broken ground wire.

SOURCE: license plate bulb not working. Tried changing

It is possible, best idea is to check all the fuses in the fusebox to see if any have blown and if they have, replace with a fuse of the same type and rating.

Right turn signal malfunctioning

normally this means you have a blown bulb, it may not be the right bulb but check all lights and signals to make sure all bulbs are working. If they are you may have a bad Flasher which should be located under the steering wheel or glove box depending on the make and model.

Ckeck both the fuses and the flasher. See your owners manual for the exact locations, most are under the drivers side or in the glove box.

Turn Signal Flasher location in 93 Mustang GT

The flasher is a small round plastic cylinder (unless replaced with a metal one) behind the left edge of the glove box that will look similar to the one in the fuse panel. The first step is to squeeze gently both sides of the open glove box and let it swing downward. It will be snapped into a metal horizontal brace just to the left of the glovebox opening by a small tab and have two wires attached. The number more than likely will be a #552 although I have seen a factory one with a Warner #224

Tail lights wont come on

Open the passenger door and look on the right side of glove compartment. You will see a small door that says fuse.
