There are two fuse boxes on your car. One under the hood of your car generaly on the drivers side of the car near the fender. Look for a black plastic box. open it and check the guide inside the cover. The other fuse box is inside your car in the edge of your dash panel.

My 2004 chrysler sebring radio and door locks stopped working after i needed a boost

Tanya, May be the IOD fuse, The IOD fuse feeds the memory and sleep mode functions for some of the electronic modules.
Found this in a Sebring forum, There is a black case in the middle of the upper part that contain fuse #5 red 10amp you need to replace this fuse by another on and after that every thing will work again. Open your driver's door and open the fuse box on the left, there's a handle near the door hinge. This is most likely a blown fuse - check the fuse box lid for thediagram. Find out which one is blown and swap it out.

Climate control only blows cool air on defrost setting. Speed works fine. When I pull 10A fuse it resets but only momentarily. 01 Chrysler Sebring Sedan.

Is yours a coupe, sedan or convertible? If it's a sedan or convertible, there's acalibration technique you can run. With the engine running, turn the temp all the way to the cold side. Turn the mode all the way to the defrost position. Put the fan switch to any position other than off. Then press the rear defroster button until you hear a chime. Let it go. The system will go thru some gyrations and give you a "report" in your odometer readout. A "0" is good.
You may have a bad control head. As you noted, the default mode is defrost, so if the body computer senses a loss of signal from the controls, it will put it into defrost.
Again assuming yours is a convertible or sedan, salvage control heads are fairly commonly available on ebay and in junkyards. The part is used in the sedan and convertible and in the Dodge Stratus from 2001 through 2006, so there are lots of them out there. It's an easy replacement which I would definitely try before tearing the dash apart.
The IOD fuse is the one in the middle of the fuse panel at the left end of the dashboard. Easily recognized by the "ears". You can pop it out with no tools.

Did you check the fuses under the hood? The cigarette lighter fuse is not located in the fuse box by the passenger door.

AC problem

Could be the control panel or the computer causing this to happen.

I would start with the control panel, see if it is possible overheating and "resetting" after it cools off.
