You must be talking about the tbi, first check the fuel pump, turn the key on you shaould be able to hear it run for 2 seconds, if not check electrical for voltage going to pump, if working install fuel guage in feed line, you should get about 45bls pressure, if good check for spark to plugs then for voltage to injectors and and signal from ecu

I relpaced the carburator and fuel pump but can't get any fuel to the carburator

When you replaced the fuel pump did you check to see if fuel was pumped from the tank? If you are, then check the fuel filter. If you aren't getting fuel then you might have the fuel pump installed wrong or the fuel line is blocked somehow.

On my 89 Pathfinder,I changed my fuel filter an it turns over but still won't start. can i spay the carburator w/ carburator cleaner. will that help

If you smell fuel in your carburator I would check to see if you are getting spark to the plugs.

You can take starter fluid and spray into carburator and see if motor fires, if it does you may have a fuel pump problem.
Hope this helps you!

Fuel not getting into carburator , fuel not being injected into the carburator

Is your vehicle carburated or fuel injected? You don't have both, and solutions to these very different types of fuel systems vary greatly.

Gas not getting to the carburator. Starter turns

Check all of the fuel lines very carefully for breaks or cracks in the fuel lines, especially between the fuel tank and the fuel pump.

If the fuel lines are all in good condition then you can safely assume that the problem is in the fuel pump and you will need to replace it. (If the fuel pump is in really bad shape the engine oil on the end of the engine oil dip-stick will smell like fuel)

If your car was running good and suddently it became like this and getting then I think your car either having a carburator or fuel injection problem. If it is a carburator I sugess go to shop for carburator cleaning and check for leakage, if it is a fuel injection then replaced fuel filter and one of the fuel injection cleaning stuff in gas tank for cleaning those fuel injection......
