Our problem stemmed from replacing a battery that was leaking acid fluid, after we replaced it will not blow air or heat without shutting off or excelerating up and down.

Its can be connections, it can be the thermostat... a lot of things, go to a mechanic that fix the problem.

What could be the problem if there is oil in the air inhaler to the turbo of my 13 redg vw polo 23000 miles on the clock just out of warranty

Oil in it is normal. On newer vehicles the engine case ventilation is routed to the air plenum.

2004 Jaguar, Vaden Plaus, car just quit running going down the road. Had to have it towed home Won't start, turns over, just won't start, says Restricted Performance.

Sounds like it is some type of 'limp home' mode.
It could be anything. It might be as simple as a bad Fuel Pump Relay. When you turn the Key to the ON position (not Start) can you hear a little buzz for about 1 second? That would be your fuel pump running. You need to see if the engine is getting gas and spark.

How often should i change my oil in my 2008 Lincoln Navigator?

The people that make replacement engines say 6000 to 7500 miles. I never let any vehicle go over 4500 and usually 4000. There is a time thing too, 4 months to 6 months.

If you drive 3000 miles in a 2 week vacation its different than 3000 in 4 months of stop and go driving. I have owned over 55 vehicles, mostly used and have never had any engine failure and regularly put 100,000 miles of my own miles on used vehicles.
I use Valvoline, GTW, and sometimes Havoline.

My 2004 v6 lincoln ls air conditioner freezes up the climat control works just fine with the ac turned off when you are in auto with the ac on it freezes you out and after a while the air flow stops you...

One of 2 problems, either the system is low on freon or most likely the problem is a bad evap temp sensor. This vehicle does not use a cycling switch to cycle compressor on and off like a conventional system does but instead measures the temp at the evaporator core itself.
