Turn ignition on for ten minutes then off again, then try to start it.
Is your key looking wore out if so try a different key. There is a built in security switch on the ignition that will lock out the fuel if someone tries to jimmy your ignition or steal your car. A wore out key can have the same effect.

My 2004 impala dashboard lights come on while driving it doesn't cut of but after I cut the car off headlights flash an clickin noise start what wrong with my car please help Loretta

Impala's are famous for ignition issues, are the interior lights of your dash coming on when you want them, or just by themselves? The clicking after you turn off, I would check the security system, i.e., remote clickers, cars computer, key chip, ect. Sound like your alarm is attempting to engage

Security light is flashing. car will not start on my 2003 oldsmobile alero

I OWN a 2001 Olds Alero and the same thing happens to mine.. It's an easy fix..
1. Turn the Key to ACC (keep it in this mode for the entire 10 minutes).
2. The security light on the Dashboard will flash for exactly 10 minutes..
3. Once the 10 mins are over, the security light will stay solid..
Wait for the red light to disappear off the dashboard...
YOU ARE NOW READY TO TURN YOUR CAR OFF AND RESTART YOU CAR....

SIMPLE FIX..
I DO THIS ALL THE TIME TO MINE..

Trys to start but wont, security light keeps flashing. gas tank indicator and rpm indicator wont respond at all, no movement.

Yes the security light will cause the truck to stall. Check out this link for info and solutions. This is definitely a security problem. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/.

I just replaced the starter in my 2000 olds alero and now it wont start it keep flashing securty....it thinks it is benig stolen....how can I fix this

Most likely you replaced the starter because it wouldn't crank over. If this is correct and the security light was flashing before replacing the starter, then most likely you have a problem with the pass-lock system. If your ignition cylinder is located in the dashboard, you will need to remove it and replace the passlock housing.
