The car do not start fast sometimes.i have to put the start switch on and wait 5 or 10 min for the check engine light turn off an then it start.i change the main relay but that is not the problem.
Most likely a problem with the battery or the alternator. There may also be an issue with the starting block. Difficult to say without actually testing the unit. Also, make sure that there is enough fuel in the tank. I know that sounds obvious, but is often overlooked..
I think it would be best to have a mechanic take a look so he can conduct tests and offer a diagnosis..

where is the fuel system relay located at?I have replaced the distributer 2 times and also the... 1992 Acura Integra. fuel pump???? The car does not start unless I ...
Honda makes the Integra but it uses the Acura name in the US. According to the wiring diagram the brake lights and horn are on the same circuit. So I would check the bulbs and sockets for a short. The brake light switch also involves the cruise control system.
Turn the key to the "on" position, not start, step on the gas pedal 3 times, turn key tp off and then start the car. This works on most cars for the oil change light. If it is the oil pressure light get in for service very soon. Low pressure can kill your engine.
You need a scan tool hooked up and the fault codes read, suspect you have a crankshaft position sensor or igniter module issue going on here. Keep in mind that is just a guess so don't assume this is the problem get the testing done..
the check engine light means there is a permenant code, what you need to do is get a scanner and check it. also could be a crank position sensor. But I would get the check engine light checked first. And the car will most likely have to go to a shop.
