Question about 1990 Acura Integra Hatchback
I'm, thinking you may mean cam rocker arms (lobe followers) and like the saying goes, "1 picture is worth a thousand words". These arms fit below cam shaft and sit over valve springs with a small round disc shaped spacer. These spacers are notched so the follower rest on valve. The other end of follower sits atop of the lash adjuster, The top of this adjuster is globed shaped to fit securely to the follower while allowing the correct lash adjustment by two hex nuts on the adjuster.
Confused yet? Well its not easier said than done. If you have access to a shop manual hopefully picture will help Good luck and I hope I have helped. Kam
