Simply go to store and purchase an A/C recharge kit. 1997 Honda Passports generally use the lesser toxic R13 refrigerant. Following directions from this site should help: http://autorepair.about.com/od/regularmaintenance/ss/AC-recharge.htm

You need specialist equipment to charge a a/c system not to mention a license to work it, i recommend going to a a/c specialist as they can charge the system and find out why it leaked in the first place

What size brake line does a 1997 honda passport have?

It depends on WHICH brake lines in the 1997 Honda Passport you are talking about. The easiest way to find out is to MEASURE the brake line that you want to know about. A caliper-type measring device is a good tool for this. Sometimes I use an adjustable (crescent) wrench and adjust it to the size of the line, then measure the distance between the wrench jaws with a ruler.
