Question about 1990 Dodge Dynasty
Just replaced the alternator in my 90 dynasty now the car starts but will not run. I can not figure out how to reset the anti theft to see if this is the problem. Any suggestions ?
Try locking and unlocking the driver's door with the key. It always helped me.

This sounds like a complex problem, I would take it to a mechanic, this may not be a DIY.
Replacement of the ALT will not effect your immobilisor. It is the replacement of the battery or when battery is dead that there is a slight chance. Most times if the vehicle has a CPU mechanics can plug in diagnostic tools and tell car to behave. I am not sure if this car has one. See if you cant get a mobile mechanic to come out and run the tool on your car.
