2000 pontiac montana engine cranks over but will not start

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

Right turn signal does not work after replacing bulb - 2003 Pontiac Montana

There is probably another burnt out bulb somewhere.
If that is NOT the case then check your flasher relay under the hood, it should be near or in the main fuze box. You can test it by having someone flick the blinker switch and listening you should hear a clicking sound.

Indicator lights for oil ABS, etc., won't turn off in 2000 Pontiac Montana. Tried the turn ignition on, push accessorator pedal to floor thing others had mentioned and it didn't help unfortunately. Any...

I really need to know exactly which lights are on. If it is the change oil in the information box then you turn the ignition switch on, push the gas pedal down fully 3 times, turn the ign off. Then start the car and if it does not come on, then it has been reset. Sometimes you have to do that several times before it will reset, not sure why. I'm not sure what you mean by ABS and etc.

Oil change light is on how can i turn it off

  1. Turn the ignition key to ON (with engine OFF).
  2. Push the accelerator pedal fully to the floor and release three times within five seconds.
    • The CHANGE ENGINE OIL light should flash.
  1. Turn the ignition OFF, then start the vehicle.
    • If the CHANGE ENGINE OIL message comes back on, the monitor has not reset. Repeat the procedure.

I have a 2000 pontiac montana and the lights are not working righ

If you live in a area in which salt is used on the roads, you probably have a corroded ground connection. These can be tough to find since there are several grounding points in most vehicles. When a ground fails, the current (the applied 12V) will find its own path to ground and can pass through different light bulbs on the way. If it was only the signal flasher creating problems, this can be caused by a single failed light bulb; the flashers are thermal devices and when the current is lower than it should be, the rapid flashing alerts you to the failure.
You might consider buying an after-market service manual from Haynes (my first choice) or Chilton. The manuals I have for our various vehicles give a general location for the grounding points; for example, 'Right side engine'
