Get the engine timing checked. I'm not sure about your car but some of the newer car's have timing advance this advances the timing when the engine is hot. With older engine's if the battery was low a trick to start was retire the timing a little to leave the engine easily started when cold but had had to be advanced again because this left it very hard to start warm. Newer models like your's have a timing advance built in. I can't say for sure this is the problem or if yours has timing advance but your dealer should know. If it has.nt got timing advance I think it is still worth a check. Hope this help's. Cheer's

Check the heater hoses going into the heater core. Both of the hoses should be hot to touch, when the engine is at normal warm running conditions. If only one,or none of the two hoses are not hot,or very warm.then pull the heater hoses off,and use a water hose to flush the heater core out.Make sure the coolant level is full,if it is not, then the heater core will not get coolant flow threw it.
