Question about 1996 Chevrolet Blazer
There is a motor that is on the bottom of the reservoir, it has a plug in to the motor that may be disconnected,loose or corroded. I would check for voltage at plug if it is there then replace motor, I am sure they sell them at an auto-parts store as the vehicle is over 10 years old.
