Warped rotors on the frontwheels will cause the steering wheel to shake from side to side. You may also want to have the tie-rod ends checked.

Honda crv steering wheel shake

great danger there. dont go fast.
can be tires out of balance (tire weighs feel off)
or wheel falling off (ever check the lugs)
tire bad. (bulged, delaminations , man killer tires, like Firestones)
tire rods balls, ready to fall off (more man killers)
ball joint ,ready to fail. and far far worse...
why not get the car serviced, have them check it out before.... bad happens.
noise and vibration or shaking on any machine means , doom is coming. in most cases,.

FRT END SHAKES AT ALL SPEEDS

If steering wheel shakes bad tire on front. If whole car shakes bad tire on rear. Or tires could be out of balance. If steering wheel shakes when brakes applied, front rotors are warped.

I have a 1999 ford f 350 7.3 diesel. it drives ok but at 40 mph it vibrates pretty bad but at 45 it goes away but with a minor shake....and when i stop it vibrates i figure its the brakes being warped is...

could be out of balanced tires or possibly your suspension could be out of alignment, brake rotors being warped will only cause a vibration when pressing the brakes

My sunfire keeps shaking.

There are many things that can cause a vehicle to shake such as an unbalanced tire,or if the vehicle shakes under braking and the brake pedal pulsates, there's a good chance that the rotors might be warped.
If the car shakes going down the highway it could be anything from a wheel that needs to be balanced to worn bushings in the front end.
All of these things should be investigated when you have an issue such as this.

When driving my lincoln, it has a slight shake. Do you know what that could be

Most likely a tire that has a broken bet,or there is a front end part that is bad.

Vechile shakes terribly, It feel like it's going to break apart on the highway?

Check for a out-of -round tire,or tires, and for a bad front end part such as a outer tie rod end.

Vehicle shakes on highway. Felt like tires, had them aligned. Still shakes, any ideas?

Sounds like the brake rotors are warped. They should be resurfaced or replaced every brake pad change.

Front end problems

You seem to have more than one problem, first of all the balding tire you have a negative camber problem that can be adjusted by getting a wheel alignment done. The shaking problem while applying brake could mean that you have bad/warped front rotors. It can also mean bad Tie rods. Lastly it can mean that the front tires needs to be high speed balanced. Good Luck

When i apply the breacks in my car my stearing wheel shakes. the fastering going the more my stearing wheel shakes when applying the breaks...my stearing weel dose not shake at any other time

Hi, It sounds to me like the brake disc(s) could be warped or badly worn - it really needs to be inspected at a garage as soon as possible.D
