That is a dificult question to answer. It could be as simple as a worn out heater hose or radiator hose which would be maybe $25.00 if you do it yourself. Hopefully, its that simple. However, it could be as severe as a cracked block, which would cost $2500.00 to replace the engine. There are a lot of other things in between. The reservoir is made of plastic, it may be cracked, the radiator is a combination of plastic headers with aluminum fins. The water pump may have a worn our bearing. That would be around $300.00 at a repair shop. Since I don't know how much you can do, I can only suggest that you get a flashlight and raise the car enough to slide under the engine compartment. When you raise the car, be sure to use some support other than the jack. I have jackstands, but a solid stack of 4 by 4 blocks will do. Raise the hood, slide under the car and start looking for the drip. If you have just shut the engine off, the exhaust pipes and other components will be hot enough to burn blisters on you. The antifreeze will be boiling hot also. If you can get an idea s to what is leaking, I could give you a better idea of what it would cost.

If the leak is from a hose then the repair will be about 50 dollars. If the radiator is leaking then about 200 - 250 dollars. If the water pump is leaking then about 300 dollars

Leaking antifreeze badly from a head bolt. How do I fix it?

Okay, you may be in luck. If you go to the auto parts store and find a product by the name of "blue devil" and follow the directions on the bottle you have about a 99% chance of fixing your problem. The stuff cost bout $65 a bottle but you only need 1 and it is alot cheaper than the repair u would be facing. I had a warped head after I replaced the gasket on my grand prix so it stilled leaked. Refused to take it apart again cuz it was a pain. Went out bought a bottle and within minutes everything was runnin right and leak had stopped. It really does what it says it does. Good Luck hope this helps.

I have a 96 plymouth grand voyager 3.3l engine with 206k+ miles. I have a multiple cylinder misfire of #2 & #4, codes P0300, P0302. I just had the o2 sensor replaced and was told antifreeze is leaking...

If antifreeze is leaking into the cylinders you are going to need the head gaskets replaced. and yes both of your issues can be fixed BUT it would probably cost more or as much as a new car (~$1500-$2000).

What could be causing oil to leak into my antifreeze?

You either have a cracked cylinder head or a leaking cylinder head gasket.

Overheated yesterday put antifreeze in bc it was almost empty did fine now its overheated again

Well Shelly the antifreeze is exiting the cooling system through a leak somewhere. Pouring more antifreeze in is not going to fix the leak. Often the leak is external to the engine and you can see a big puddle form on the ground where the car sits, common examples are burst hoses, leaking radiator, and a leaking heater core can create a wet mess on the passenger side floor. Other leaks such as bad gaskets and cracks in the head and block can cause the antifreeze to leak into the cylinders and lubrication system. First you must find out where the antifreeze is being lost, then figure out if the repair is worth it.

Water pump needs to be replaced?

this is an easy fix and I would have a friend help you. If you have any problems or need pictures, go to a local parts place and they will have a repair manual for your car.
The standard water pump price is arround $120 so the dealership is just charging you arround $85/hour to do the work.
Make sure you replace your antifreez fluid and your thermostat at the same time, bc it is your thermostat which creates problems in the first place.
First you have bad antifreez or old antifreez, which usually acts as a lubricant for the thermostat, the thermostat freezes up, overheats the car, and the bad antifreez gets rusty, creating the erosion on the water pump.
To fix this problem, get your antifreez changed at least once a year.
