Kia sportage shift

When you had the tranny fluid flushed, did you have them do a tranny service? This means they remove the pan and replace the filter, flush it and then refill. They also clean out the bottom of the tranny pan where all the yuck settles. My GMC products also have a magnet charged filter in the bottom to attract and hold fine metal particulates.

I have a 2000 kia sportage 4x4, no check engine light and it will not shift into 3rd gear.please help

if its a automatic and the engine is cold it wont shift into the last gear. the tranny and engine have to be at close to normal running temp to shift. its normal and nothing to freak over. if this isn't the case go to kia-forums.com/1g-1994-2002-sportage/ and post a thread there or look for one. great site
