Question about 1994 Ford F250 Supercab
So maybe it's the blend door. The manual I'm looking at indicates your blend door is cable actuated. Maybe the cable sheath is loose such that the cable is not moving the door. See if you can access one or both ends of the cable to see if it's working. If nothing else, you could take the cable off the door and see if you can open the door by hand to see if that will get you hot air. Please let me know if you have more questions.
