Question about 1999 Ford F250 Regular Cab
99 ford f250 suddenly stalled and will not start again
You know a problem with the Fords is that the fuel tank level indicator can start reading higher than normal if you are pushing the level in the tank to the brim when fueling. So be sure that you have fuel. If you ran out of fuel the fuel line will need to be primed. If thats the issue I can supply more information on how to prime. Also bad fuel will not allow the truck to run, especially water. The sensor should indicate water issues. Also whats the temperature where you are? Later hope this helps.

This is most likely a cam positioning sensor. You should have gotten a recall for this. Ford will replace for free. they did on mine it is about a 10 minute job and before that I carried an extra in my glove compartment
