You start by removing the screw on the door latch on the inside of the door. Then you separate the top of the arm rest from the bottom by firmly pulling upwards with your thumbs, releasing the pins. Then pull the cardboard panel from the bottom of the door, movign upwards pulling firmly until the clips become loosened from the door frame.Lastly, remove the window crank to remove the door panel.
To remove the window crank handle you will need to purchase a tool that is specifically made for this task. It is produced my GM and sells at your local parts store for about $12.00. The tool slides between the window crank and the interior panel and you turn to release.
