Question about 1989 Peugeot 405
My car was originally fitted with Bosch injectors 0 280 150 003. As this injectors are over 30 years old I would like to replace them with new injectors.
What model will best suit as a replacement?
I am aware of the following being used in the same engine:
0 280 150 015, 0 280 150 036 and 020 150 043.
As I am doing a full restoration of the car I would like to fit injectors that are correct for the car.
If you put larger injectors in the engine without the proper fuel management then all you are going to do is run rich and get horrible gas mileage. The only way you will need larger injectors is if you have forced induction or a full motor high compression build.
