Check the fuses to see if any are blown. If they are blown replace them with the properly rated amperage fuse. If no fuses are blown, then an electrical diagnosis is recommended.

Why is my heater blower motor not running?

If you got the motor to run, then whatever feeds that motor electricity is the culprit. Check the switch.

Toyota tacoma 2003 ac control assembly kills battery

You diagnosis is wrong in my opinion, that module will not drain a good battery, first have the battery load tested (Autozone and others do the test for free), if it is good then look for some kind of light left on or staying on, suspects are visor vanity lights and glove box and console lights.

My ac is not blowing any air....the display shows that the ac is on but there is no air blowing through the vents

If the air isn't blowing at all, the the only component that could cause the problem is the blower motor. With the fan on - check to see if you have power getting to the motor. If you do have power at the motor, replace the assembly. If you don't have power, find the cause of your open circuit.

Check engine lght came on after a snow here n texas then noticed the heater not heatng. in summertime the a/c shifts from vent to defost on an incline. what do I do and are these problems related

im not sure why the check engine light is on,but about the heater--open the hood and look on the passenger side by the hood hinge, you will see a white or light gray plastic vacumn line, check it out but be careful not to break it,for example:i own a 1994 Bronco and last summer the AC did the same thing, kept switching from vent to defrost so i stumbled across a broken line under the hood and now it works fine.So it could fix 1 of the problems, either way it sounds to me as loss of vacumn somewhere.
