CHECK AND SEE IF THE FAN CLUTCH IS BAD SHUT OFF ENGINE AND OPEN HOOD GRAB THE FAN BLADE AND SEE IF IT TURN FREE OR HARD ALSO CHECK AND SEE IF IT HAS MOVEMENT BACK AND FORTH

You don't say what kind of truck you are driving, nor from where the sound seems to be coming from, but that kind of sound can be caused by a bad wheel bearing, or simply a partially separated belt in a tire.

put the truck up on a lift where the wheels dangle and check thisshaft by turning the back wheels by hand..listen to how the shaft sounds while turning..check each joint(front and rear for movement up/down slop in the joint/play in there also) repost findings..

check you tire wall, trunk, rear drive shaft. anything rubing?
if not, drive shaft need to replace.
