The oil weight will be noted on your oil filler cap. Any good oil, pennzoil, mobile, castrol will work.
Oil will have a rating on the bottle as in "SJ." The S is for spark engines, as in a gas engine. (Not diesel) And the second letter is the quality of the oil, as in "A" is the lowest grade, to "Z" is the best.

Any brand is OK, they all meet ASE standards now days, even jiffy store oil is acceptable, But I would go to walmart and get a brand name oil, Quaker state, Pennzoil, Shell, any brand, it is the weight you want to worry about. Depending on where you live, the temp outside has a lot to do with it. If you live up north, a multi-viscosity oil in the wintertime is a must. In the summer straight 30 weight will do. But in the winter, you a 5w 30. If you were in Florida, 10w 40 would be better. When it is cold, the oil goes to the thinnest number, 10, when it heats up and reaches operating temp, it thickens up to 40 weight. That is all I use around here. It is hot out there, just cooling off today. Hope this helps.

Fill at side fill hole until fluid begins to run back out. Let it run until it stops, install plug and wipe up excess. If fully drained, usually holds less than 3 liters.
