Whenever i put 2003 Ford crown Victoria in gear with a/c or heater on, it pops a fuse then quits working. As long as im sitting still, it will work fine. What could the problem be. My LCM(lighting control module) is also bad cuz my lights doesnt stay on all da time. Could that be the problem?

Hi
If your A/C has Automatic Temp. Control the fuse that pops is Fuse #15 -15A, for Manual A/C Temp. Control, the fuse is #103 - 40A, the problem may be a lose or corroded Ground connection. Check the Ground Junction on the Front of Right Front Fender Apron, the Blower Motor, Headlamps Circuit, Engine Cooling Fan Motor, among other things get their ground from that Junction. If the Ground contact is not nice and tight, the Blower Motor will overheat, as soon as you add more load to the circuit, the fuse blows to avoid damage to the components.
Another things that can cause this is the Blower Motor Speed Controller or a short on the Headlights/Cooling Fan Motor wiring harness.
If you need wiring diagrams of this systems, please provide an email address. This site only allows images smaller than 150k.
Keep me posted!!

Never mind, they are the right diagrams, only one of them is going to apply to your vehicle. Discard the other one to avoid confusion.

There are for the two types of systems, Automatic or Manual Temp. Control. The diagrams are labeled as Automatic or Manual.

Can an engine be rebuilt in a 2003 crown victoria police car

Yes it can, there are many parts around for a rebuild, even upgrade some parts, you can also rebuild your transmission too, even change gears. But you can also find used low mile engines around as well as a replacement , These are modular engines , Grand Marquis will work as well

Dashboard light quit working and heater too and cant lock and unlock doors from inside car but will work with keyless entry

Blew a fuse in the fuse panel by your left foot sitting in the car. Look in the owners manual to see which one is the lighter fuse. It's usually a yellow 20 amp fuse.if you pull it out and look at it,you'll see a wire that loops inside it. If the wire is broken, replace the fuse and keep the screwdrivers out of the lighter socket.Good luck!
